Sound baths are a relaxing, meditative, and deeply immersive full-body listening experience.

This experience is designed to nurture the entire being – body, mind, and spirit. The resonating tones of the bowls wash over you, clearing mental clutter, dispelling negativity, inducing profound relaxation, and boosting vitality.

It's recommended to wear loose, warm, and comfy attire for optimal comfort during the session.

As you surrender to the silk cocoon's embrace, you grant yourself the gift of slowing down, resting, and embracing the therapeutic power of sound to rejuvenate your well-being.

Please Come Prepared:

1. You must wear clothing that doesn’t have zippers, Velcro, buttons, or anything sharp.

2. No lotions or essential oils on your hands and skin 3 hrs prior to class.

3. You cannot have anything sharp on the body (including jewelry, body piercings, or nails)

Join us for a special evening of vibrational sound and acupuncture.
This event takes place at our Bismarck location, 1929 N Washington St, Ste WW, Bismarck

Noah Frohlich L.Ac  of NE Wellness will be providing attendees with a blissful acupuncture treatment intended to align your physical, spiritual and emotional bodies

You will be lead through a guided meditation and a deep vibrational sound bath using chakra tuned crystal quartz sound bowls. This sound bath will activate the hemispheres of your brain, illuminate your energetic system, and assist the acupuncture treatment in aligning your mind, body and soul.

The acupuncture needles act as antennas, picking up the healing sound waves and transmitting them deep into your tissues, creating waves of healing vibes inside and outside the body. It will be a euphoric experience for sure.

What you need to know:

Come to class in comfortable clothing and bring your favorite blanket. Hands and feet will need to be exposed during the sound bath for acupuncture needle placement.  

Once you're comfortable, Noah will place acupuncture needles in the following points. If at any time you are uncomfortable, please raise a hand signaling him to come over to remove any needles that may be causing discomfort. It is more likely you may be chilly in class than uncomfortable with the needles.

You will need to sign an additional waiver when you arrive.
